BJP sprucing up website with attractive features

New Delhi

New Delhi, Mar 13 : Aiming to impress the tech-savvy voter, most of whom belong to the sizable youth segment, the BJP is sprucing up its website with some attractive features and details.

BJP's prime ministerial candidate L K Advani and party President Rajnath Singh will inaugurate the re-designed website tomorrow afternoon.

The party will also release an IT Vision document running into 30 pages, according to sources in the BJP.

The main Opposition party has built a reputation for being ahead of its rivals when it comes to harnessing the internet.

Advani has his own website and is also a regular blogger. Other leaders like Murli Manohar Joshi and Shahnawaz Hussain are also proud owners of websites. Rajnath is said to be mulling a similar move in the near future.

Aides of Advani had also launched a web campaign "Advani for PM" recently. Spread over 2,000 websites worldwide, this logo is visible to all netizens who visit these websites, which include several newspapers and portals.
